This article by Michael Meacher was a classic in which he laid out the entire LIHOP inside-job thesis. Naturally he was excoriated from all quarters for daring to utter the truth that dare not speak its name. Subsequently he denied he meant that the US facilitated the attacks but his words are quite clear and stand for themselves. The question is this: was he given a quiet warning about how unwise a course he was following? Because he never went near this subject again.
