I seem to recall that this has happened before also, in another state.
And it should become the norm. If a claim is not legally documented, it is nothing.
Imagine bundling all these assets in the haste of mouth-watering greed, and forgetting to keep the fundamental asset documents trail legally binding and secure.
I suspect that any number of foreclosures could now become subject to damage claims.
