I always wondered why baby Bush created a new intelligence Tsar, the DNI, who's first office holder was the ever so cuddly John Negroponte?
And I always wondered if it was because the CIA chose not to follow some of the more crooked and deceitful orders of the thoroughly corrupt - if not blatantly bloody evil - baby Bush, that earned them his spite in the form of the creation of the DNI - thus taking away the CIA's power with the stroke of a pen.
And I wonder how baby Bush survived that alive?
