Bill Wiseman was a Democratic nominee for County Commissioner and
Sheriff in Dallas County. He was the first law enforcement officer in
the Texas School Book Depository after the Kennedy Assassination. He
recovered a piece of bone from Elm Street. At my request he told his
story at a forum conducted by Jim Marrs at UT-A. Cecile Wiseman was a
Democratic nominee for Tax Assessor-Collector in Dallas County.
