As for the letter, I've never seen nor heard of it before. Prouty was not a Scientologist nor did he ramble on and on about matters such as those contained in the letter. There are basic inconsistencies within the letter that indicate to me it is not real. It is completely disconnected from the subject of his concern and therefore I would tend to dismiss it as fabrication. I have been in communication with 3 individuals since yesterday who have a very deep understanding of Prouty and are familiar with his work and style, including Len Osanic who created the Collected Works of Colonel L Fletcher Prouty website and CD-ROM. Like me, none of the other 3 have ever seen nor heard of this letter before. I find it interesting because parts of it, in my opinion, mimic his writing style--but then other parts are far off the mark. This is, of course, not a final determination, but a well educated opinion.
For those wishing to see and hear Fletcher in his own words, Len is still streaming Video from Black Op of an interview conducted by John Judge with Fletcher in which he discusses many things of interest. This stream has been running continuously since last evening to allow folks to become a bit more familiar with him.
