Do as you think best, but the FAIR USE PROVISION of copyright law
permits use of copyright material FOR EDUCATIONAL USE or CRITIQUE.
However, a working link is sufficient. And government or official
documents cannot be copyrighted.

Hey, why be afraid of posting copyrighted material from those who killed JFK? Why not let them sue and go to court and then require their testimony, under oath, which they wouldn't give under any other circumstances?
Why not go for a copyright suit, and get the testimonty of those who refuse to anwer our questions under normal circumstances?
As far as I am concerned, I would do everything possible to get a court case going and get more, new sworn testimony and new evidence entered into the case, rather than whimping and saying that you don't want to violate any copyright laws. They didn't care what laws they violated in killing JFK.
