Next week it will be 25 years since the murder of Olof Palme.

Somehow it feels as if Sweden was also assassinated. Sweden is no longer what it used to be.

The police is still investigating the case.
450 weapons have been tested without positive results.
130 persons have confessed that they murdered Palme.

The assassination of Olof Palme, the Prime Minister of Sweden, took place on Friday, 28 February, 1986, in Stockholm, Sweden, at 23:21 hours Central European Time.

I agreed Christer, Sweden is no longer the same country. It has lost its neutrality, it is a de facto member of NATO, it is anti-immigrant and in love with neo-liberalism wanting to stop free speech and is being used in persecuting Julian Assange in some sort of secret deal for others. He was hated by the USA and their 'hangers on in Corporate Capitalism' as he was a socialist. He was murdered, I believe, to move Sverige to the right; just as JFK was murdered to move the USA to the right. Most political assassinations are done to move countries to the right. Yes, Sverige [Sweden] changed. I lived in Stockholm just after the assassination and just a few blocks away. Every day I walked to the Gamla Stan [Old Town] and passed the alley and the memorial...spoke to many Swedes about it and its impact on the country and what they felt about themselves. All the 'suspects' are put forward by the murderers as fake and blind-alleys to follow that lead nowhere. There are authorities in the US and UK and Sverige [perhaps Israel and South Africa too] who know exactly who killed Palme, IMO, but it suits them to keep their mouth's shut. Remember that Sverige has had two major assassinations...not just one! America has had more than one can count. All I know of were to move the countries to the right!!!! [and have!!!!]
