The shot that entered his right temple created shock waves that blew his brains out the back of his already weakened cranium to the left/rear. It appears to have been fired from the above-ground sewer opening between the roadway and the surface of the Triple Underpass. I don't know what to make of this because even if David saw what he says the angles still don't match for a shot from the Knoll that exits the right rear occiput.
