DICK RUSSELL TOLD ME, YEARS AGO (LATE 1990'S), THAT HE WAS GOING TO INTERVIEW ROBERT IN CAPE COD, MA. I ASKED DICK TO ASK WEBSTER IF HE SPOKE WITH MARINA IN ENGLISH WHEN HE MET HER IN MOSCOW. WEBSTER TALKED ABOUT HIS MEETINGS WITH MARINA IN THE SOVIET UNION AND DISCUSSED HER ABILITY TO SPEAK ENGLISH. DICK RUSSELL THEN PASSED THIS INFORMATION TO ME. I HAVE NEVER SPOKEN WITH WEBSTER.
