That was a couple of days ago. Had a bit of a chuckle over it especially since I wasn't going that way. If he wanted maximum disruption he should have had a bigger truck and load and done it an hour later. Still, I like his chutzpah. I don't know why they are asking for witnesses. There are a gazillion cameras all over the bridge in all directions. At least one of them must have recorded it.
