OK Charles then explain to me what happens if one of the Oswalds is arrested or even killed by a Richard Case Nagell type? Or an Otepka type who decides to blow Oswald's cover? What if Oswald accidentally tripped a security red flag from his Mexico trip that CIA couldn't contain? The functionality of Chicago as both a set-up for Dallas AND - OR - a real assassination need not be mutually exclusive. You have to expand your thinking here to CIA dimensions.
