25-Minute blackout during raid on bin Laden compound --The head of the CIA admitted yesterday that there was no live video footage of the raid on Osama bin Laden's compound as further doubts emerged about the US version of events. 04 May 2011 Leon Panetta, director of the CIA, revealed there was a 25 minute blackout during which the live feed from cameras mounted on the helmets of the US special forces was cut off. A photograph released by the White House appeared to show the President and his aides in the situation room watching the action as it unfolded. In fact they had little knowledge of what was happening in the compound.

Well, this story [and it seems to be ONLY a story, at this point] is getting mighty strange; and stranger and stranger ad infinitum. I haven't double-checked the above [if one can indeed check anything well in the dark world of spookdom!], but if so, we really have been sold a phony story and they didn't even send out the same script to everyone...as it keeps changing! Then what the hell were they watching....and if they thought it was live, but was on 'time delay' that allows for all kinds of mischief in editing, changing, etc.....just like the Z film diversion to Kodak. Again, it seems to show that a President is not the one in control - though they may think they are [that, I even doubt].

I agree highly with Magda, Jan and others who are putting more emphasis [at this point] on the why now? question, than the if OBL died long ago, not so long ago or on Monday. Perhaps he is still alive, for all I know....but it is not likely, as that would really be embarrassing..but in spookdom, all is possible. Any false reality can be created. I think it is too early to draw all the evidence, versions, morphing of the story and other information from Monday's piece of theater in Pakistan. The role of OBL as America's main bogeyman was quite an accomplishment. If they chose to close it down, they must have a new one at hand. The article a few pages back connecting quite well the release [in various redacted forms] of the GITMO files to the events on Monday are very interesting, as one prisoner's file showed that he had been known to be OBL's courier and to live in the same town as the 'OBL compound' and travel often to Afghanistan and other places of 'interest' since 2005, if not before. Why wait six years, if this is so?

Jim F., I don't discount that OBL might have long been dead and it will be easier to examine both [or all] versions of his deaths in a few months. There may well have been more than one OBL, as there were more than one LHO! Will the real OBL please roll over in his grave!

I think more than anything this all shows how we [and the Sheeple, the general public] are manipulated with false stories, changing stories - with no logic for the changes, fabricated events, stories, legends and wars and conflicts, operations and black ops for reasons other than we are told [if we are told at all they ever happened]. If anyone had any illusions that the Bush nightmare was over with Obama, they should by now have been disabused of that! The Covert State, the Deep Political State is firmly in control, the propaganda apparatus well-oiled and, sadly, most are entirely fooled. At least there still are some who can see they are being lied to and misled and attempt to see through all the smoke and mirrors. Carry on.
