Thanks for posting this, Christer. I have bookmarked it and copied the link into a file for a large project, and I will have to take some time to read, study and analyze it. Two things struck me on an immediate scan: Wayne Madsen's work noted in footnote #3 now has five parts, and David Rockefeller's description as the patriarch of a long line of bankers, while perhaps accurate on the small surface of it, falls short of the mark.
