Well, why isn't any one arrested? Why is everyone still playing the same game and trying to resurrect it with blood transfusions from the body politic? Even Bernie Madoff who has even admitted his guilt is under penthouse arrest in the lap of luxury and not at Guantanamo or under rendition to a CIA jail in Cairo or Damascus like the other terrorists.
