By the way, as of this morning Libya is not a member of the Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court. Neither is the U.S.
Moreno-Ocampo has about the same right to investigate against Ghaddafi as he has against the current or any former US president.

Not to misunderstand me, I am all for a strong, universal Criminal Court of Justice, including every country and applying equal rules to all. Not for a puppet tool for propaganda in the interest of countries who do not even accept its legitimacy.
