This just arrived. [I mailed a check... just as the Canadian postal system went on strike. Luckily no one touched off a nuclear holocaust in the interim.) Rules of purchase prevent me from posting it, and I am assuming until I hear otherwise that I can't even quote from it. I'm just scanning it now; it's 75 pages long and looks to be eminently worth the purchase price.
