One of the most effective treatments for PTSD Vietnam vets,is to write about the events that the veteran experienced.This is not an easy thing to do.Most of us have buried these memories for so long,that it's hard to remember things clearly,especially as we get older.It is also usually pretty traumatic to relive these events,so having a group of other vets around to help,is so very strengthening.This is a wonderful project,and I wish these Veterans all the best.
I've heard a few stories about the battle at Quan Loi,this was my regiment.
