After reading through this whole thread I notice there was no discussion of the fact that a Unitarian concientious objector, Ted Sorensen, wrote JFK's April 27,61 speech. Sorensen was haunted until his recent death that the internet "secret society" crowd was going to result in his being remembered for JFK getting assassinated by a "secret society". Even if that is the case, i.e. that the Birchers or Illuminati believed the speech was a threat to them, Sorensen knew that what he wrote had nothing to do them. He was desperate to stop the BS that was proliferating about his complicity in the assassination. I know this because I had a conversation with him on Sept. 25, 09 where he made this clear to me. He said as we stood toe to toe, "I am not going to take the blame for JFK's death to the grave with me".
