This does seem to be a classic frighten and fester article. I still remember - in fact I shall never forget - another one some years back. This article stated that 700,000 Chinese troops were secretly "massing" on the US-Mexican border. The mind boggles. Just how do you get 700,000 fully armed, fully equipped and fully rationed troops into Mexico without anyone knowing. Try it with 7 and okay, possible. 70 and no way.
I wonder what the objective is? Clearly it is out to trash something, but what?
