It is shameful and it reminds me of the whole Tuskegee thing.
There are literally hundreds of instances of abusive human experiments like the ones in Guatamela and Tuskegee in the US.
Haiti, Indonesia, Panama, Vietnam, Bangladesh, DR Congo and many other countries have been human laboratories for western "medicine".
This Guatamela horrorshow is typical only in that the US pretends it's some kind of "aberration". It's as much business as usual as a Murdoch journalist hacking a phone...
