There are several places on the internet with complaints about TSA employees who look into one's luggage helping themselves to electronics, cameras, etc.......there really is no process to do anything more than complain....I don't think anyone has ever recovered a stolen item.......the whole 'thing' is a scam - from generating the fear, to making one into a docile robot, to the theft and money scams, et al.
