Someone knows exactly where it went...they just don't want you or the American People [or even the main part of the Military/Government] to know...and it was obviously not for the intended nations...but to other nations or off-the-shelf groups in or out of USA for black ops - or WWIII scenarios, as they [whoever they are] deem necessary. I'd say the same basic grouping that pulled off 911 and so much more.....the rogue element of the Secret Govt.
