The description on E-bay said that this copy of the film was played in the Mercatile Bank Building in 1969 or 1970. That of course is the same building that housed H.L. Hunt's 7th floor office until his death in 1974. Could this be a copy of a copy of a Z-film possessed by H.L. Hunt? Does it differ in any way from the extant Z-film? If it does differ, and if Mr. Mack gains possession of it, will it ever see the light of day? I wouldn't hold my breath waiting!
