As with many other things, nor am I an attorney. But, in a perfect world, I would think the US citizens/taxpayers would have a right to have an unaltered public viewing of any copy of the Zapruder Film of the JFK assassination previously unseen by the public, considering the money paid to the Zapruder family by the US taxpayers through the government. For that matter, any withheld information regarding the assassination should already be in the public domain, in a perfect world. Just an opinion of a student of research.
