There has been a lot of discussion on the Simkin forum (brought up by Thomas Graves) about "Tan Coat Man" handing something off to man in the suit (back to the camera, dark hair) as he makes his turn. That man (dark hair, back turned) certainly slides over as the turn is made, and they lightly bump into each other.
FWIW, the 3rd man from the right in the photo Charles posted to begin this thread looks like a closer match for our Tan Coat Dude in the Plaza minutes after the shooting. But, his face is partially obscured and who knows?
