"A declaration of WAR against the American People"

There has to be some kind of declaration that the removal of Constitutional protections from the citizenry is something that won't be tolerated. There has to be some kind of statement saying that if that bill is signed it will be overturned one way or the other by Americans who will make it their sworn objective to do so.

While I don't disagree, and feel the people need to be out in the STREETS! to stop it from being signed, once signed it is a very long and difficult slog to get it overturned - more so that it, like the unPatriot Act and affiliated legislation are like the 'self-protect' features of a strong internet security program.....they prevent, in large part, anyone tampering with them [are self-protective, if those in power choose to use them to self-protect] - the rachet only allows for one direction of movement - toward a total police state and toward all out fascism.
