"[UPDATE: The Senate passed the NDAA Thursday afternoon by a vote of 86-13, exactly 220 years to the day the Bill of Rights was ratified. The NDAA will now be sent to Obama where he is expected to sign it into law.]

With these numbers his signature or lack thereof is meaningless. Numbers as high as these make it veto proof. I expect if he has not already signed he will.

The question was asked earlier in this thread as to what occurred to make this new legislation "necessary". Simple : OWS.
