The actual destination is the key, but given the US military build-up in and around the Koreas, and the work done covering this by Bruce Gagnon and the Global Network ( Global Network - Keep Space for Peace! and Organizing Notes )(he's been sent an e-mail on this news), as well as the tightening tensions and missile games being played by China and the US and Russia, I am reminded of an old line about the theatre: "If there is a gun on the wall in Act One, it will have gone off by the end of Act Three".

So where are these "guns" headed?
