Interesting and thought-provoking. But I think that Breivik belongs to "another cup of tea" than the rest.
[He might very well have connections with Gladio in a different way.]
By the way - a week ago, Breivik was considered "sane" by a prison authority investigation (of four persons), and he is now regarded as a more "common" prisoner.
He will now be able to see visitors, and he will be able to read all his post - hate letters, bills and love letters...
