State approves historical marker where Officer Tippit died

Someone should fabricate a plaque that this is the site where Tippit (who may have been complicit in the assassination conspiracy) was murdered by CIA operatives in order to frame Oswald in a cowardly coup d'etat that still goes on to this day.
