Welcome, Did you happen to know or know of William R. [Tosh] Plumlee - who was in and out of San Diego often? Some of his story is here on this Forum. Other parts are out there on the internet. Also, have you connected with Mike Levine of the Expert Witness Show - it is basicaly a place for whistleblowers like you.
