Richard Lipsey is "the" key ingredient of all things concerning, from the front door of Air Force One and then into the insane world of Bethesda. At many times he is crystal clear in description of his part in the all of this yet other times he far more cryptic than any of the little whatever you wanna call its which Charles appears to be quite tickled with from me. These little whatevers have been placed on this forum to draw attention to a very important problem which I see as something which has created a big hole, rarely gazed upon. Doug Horne's latest show on Black Op Radio really made me wonder when I heard him only mention Richard Lipsey after I got an email into Len Osanic and he kinda interrupted Doug Horne to ask him about my question sent, "what about the Lipsey account". Before this, Doug Horne had already visited the Air Force One tapes and conclusions he had drawn explaining helicopters and this and that. It was at this point that I knew he was way off. While I listened, I just could not understand why a man with his history, could have even come to what he said when earlier he had done an almost brillant job on all things before this. This blew my mind and prompted the email to Len Osanic. My conclusion here is that Doug Horne does not understand Richard Lipsey. What he said that night and the manner he said it, proves this.
For me, this is a troubling place, a transition, a clinging to, of a theory which migrates at snails pace pending approval from or a cut down of researchers in the JFK case. As many know or should know, you cannot stop with this case alone as much to do with it is illuminated by researching for basically forever.

I am still breathing and its still going on... the spring is quite tight now. We are so close and now I hear this, from someone who should know.Bill, the best I can say in the written word just will not cut it. It is far to complex to describe here. This is a thing where understanding the character of the man, how he was choosen and how he was used fits sweetly into place and lessens the complexity, as Doug Horne interprets many things to be. The biggger key here is Richard Lipsey was choosen. This happened well before the JFK assassination and that reveals the obviscation as planned through his superiors. These men where making decisions, high level ones and done in rather short order. This can be reflected on by listening to the Air Force One tapes. This is where something is going very wrong with either the interpetation of the tapes or something else is off through combination of them and other evidence rather bizarre. Doug Horne's interpetation is simply too complicated and is still kinda mysterious to ring true. Yet if you understand Richard Lipsey, not only as I saw him before the Black Op show but as he really is, this whole thing works out absolutely perfect. In my mind's eye, David Lifton, and this may be part of Doug Horne's undoing, he must be used as a transition, a something that by example in itself is similar to how others good work before him needed a correction based on what we knew then.
Bill... if you would like to talk on this, I welcome a telephone conversation regarding it and/or other things in the mix. The two of us, on the phone, by our computers would be an excellent way to unlock, all things Richard Lipsey for you. But, in my mind's eye researching this as a true researcher alone would be best after some words with me. I can get you tuned into those things which will help guide you to discover the secret of Richard Lipsey.
As a side on this, I had a back and forth with Chuck Ochelli on a video he made regarding the Harper fragment plus other stuff he or I placed on YouTube.
