Even if proved, which to me is very unlikely, that Billy Nolan Lovelady was not in the doorway at the time of the Altgens photograph taken as the John Fitzgerald Kennedy murder was being executed, that would not place the person identified as Lee Harvey Oswald in the TSBD building doorway at 12:30 pm CST on 11/22/1963. And, after well over 30 years of somewhat dedicated study of the research of the John Fitzgerald Kennedy assassination, I just don't believe there is any evidence forthcoming that will put, in my mind, the person that has been identified as Lee Harvey Oswald, in the 6th floor southeast corner window known as the snipers perch with a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle shooting at the President. What I am fairly certain of, is that at least during November, 1963, there appears to be multiple choices of persons that could be identified as Lee Harvey Oswald in the Dallas, Texas area. That being said, although I don't believe it to be the case, it would appear possible for someone other than Lee Harvey Oswald to have been mistaken for Billy Nolan Lovelady. But to me, at 12:30 pm CST on 11/22/'63, Billy Nolan Lovelady was in, as pictured in the Altgens photograph, the doorway and on the porch/landing of the TSBD building. And, the person known as Lee Harvey Oswald was either on the 1st or 2nd floor, inside the building, for his lunch break as the assassination occurred.
