Make no mistake, I do not like Jacobson's 'take' on many to most things, and certainly feel she was allowed access to some information and persons because it was known she'd give a modified limited hangout mixed in with a liberal amount of disinformation. Her Roswell variant fails the smell test, and is quite bizarre. However, there are a few facts mentioned in the book that can apparently be verified separately and are of interest. If one with a good deep political background approaches such a book with a skeptical eye, there are still crumbs which can be gathered - with care. The danger always comes in when such a book is unleashed on the general public with no such or little background with which to vet such a book and its information, or even to be likely to question what is being read. As one example her brief chapter on the nuclear rocket testing - complete with photo of JFK visiting contains a piece of the puzzle missing in another book devoted to the subject. I have read the far superiod better book by Dyson on the subject. He, however, purposely leaves out the location where the testing went on. Jacobson provides that piece of the puzzle, which fits in with Dyson's book.Even the enemy, on occasion, gives out crumbs of truth.
