Quote:A source close to Yasser Arafat said over the weekend that rumors of his having been poisoned were likely to be true. The source said that the former top Fatah terrorist "understood before he died that he had been poisoned," and that he had told this to friends and acquaintances two weeks before he died, a report on Army Radio said.
The report quoted the source as saying that Arafat realized he had been poisoned with a radioactive material when his condition started to deteriorate rapidly, in line with the effects of radiation poisoning.
