Carsten Wiethoff Wrote:Peter Lemkin Wrote:The whole episode has too many things that don't sound 'right' about it. Did someone send LeWinter to do this, or is he rogue? All very strange...along with his other 'exploits'.Exactly. Nothing in LeWinters Biography sounds 'right'. And still, the more you look, the more you find him. Everywhere. In a [bad] book about 9/11 (http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/39385165...d_i=301128)
LeWinter allegedly claims to have met Osama bin Laden after September 11, 2001. In this case I tend to believe that the author thought that a little LeWinter reference would boost sales and that the whole thing is fictitious. :rofl:hock:
Sounds like a cartoon or fictional character a la James Bond. Also reminds me of Cimrman, a fictional character used by the anti-communists in Czechoslovakia during Communism to secretly tease the authorities. The group authors wrote many books with fake documents and photos about how Cimrman had invented just about every invention and done just about every amazing feat [that in fact others had done/invented].
