Peter Lemkin Wrote:Sounds like a cartoon or fictional character a la James Bond. Also reminds me of Cimrman, a fictional character used by the anti-communists in Czechoslovakia during Communism to secretly tease the authorities. The group authors wrote many books with fake documents and photos about how Cimrman had invented just about every invention and done just about every amazing feat [that in fact others had done/invented].
The problem is that if you look at some fringe sources claiming wild things you think "that cannot be right" and start looking for better sources and independent verifications, in many cases you find more and more of these wild things. And you find official documents, supporting part of these things.
You cannot characterize Oswald LeWinter as a fictional person. He WAS in prison in Austria. And he tried to sell documents to Al-Fayed. And he WAS in the Gladio and Maltese Double Cross documentaries. And he lived near Lisbon for several years. And he WAS an editor of a jewish magazine in Germany. And so on. But added together all these stories are boggling the mind and probably cannot all be true. But which are, and to what extent? And why did he do all this stuff?
The most relevant literature regarding what happened since September 11, 2001 is George Orwell's "1984".
