When did anyone suggest we refrain from discussing the JFK assassination? It is an essential study in Deep Political events, as well as an historical event, and a very great tragedy
to every human being on the planet. Those who have gone (died) before us are lucky to be out of it.

Of course it is not a waste of time, i was trying to play the devil's advocate and exagerating to make a point. If i believed other wise i wouldn't be here.
