Thank you for your answer here. I had no idea what this program was about, so I found this on Wikipedia:

Maybe George Galloway was vying for the cash prize for himself and his favorite charity. By the way, I watched one other film in that same collection, a poorly done patch-and-paste sequence of the sharp-tongued US Judge Judy and Galloway where she gives him several good tongue lashings. Obviously, that never happened - it was all an editing job. Didn't care to watch the others which came up after the snippet you aired was finished.
Anyway, there is an international movement calling for an inquiry and investigation as to the cause of the tragedy of 9/11. See Magda's post on a prominent Italian jurist's call for one.
