The web site is occoasionally offline as the author edits and updates the presentation. He's published this as an online evovling work rather than a fixed in time presentation. The site at the moment is apparently offline. It will return.
Publishing re 9/11 can be a trap as new information. data, evidence surfaces and renders one's work *out of date*. Once one commits their words to a *paper* it can come back to haunt them.
