I would simply add this: Those Russian agents that infultrated the US (the "west") did not wear "I'm a double agent" T-shirts... but they were definitely involved in the direction of a number of activities - some we know about, some are still to be discovered.
Is it your position Jim that the Mossad has not and does not continue to spy on the US via the use of double agents? and that there may be some in the Mossad that dont share a love of the good ole USA?
No, they did not restrict the autopsy, but who is to say that one or more of the agents and/or bureaucrats did not fire and create CE399 for Rowley, or put pressure on sensitive pressure points.
As we say, the CIA did not kill JFK but members of the CIA with the power and means did help make it possible... I doubt the Mossad had anything to - organizationally - with the assassination.
But who was working for who, and with what agenda is still well beyond knowing at this point.

That Kim Philby was in such a position of power and knowledge and was a double agent - to me - does not bode well for discounting the involvement of Mossad AGENTS in the USA, with unknown agendas that bring us to 2001 and 5 guys in a van behaving very strangely.

foils the Israelis' misdirection play and leads to their own capture and 40 day

5. To cover up this story, the U.S. Justice Department rounds up over 1000
Arabs for minor immigration violations and places them in New York area jails.
The Israelis therefore become less conspicuous as the government and media can
now claim that the Israelis were just immigration violators caught in the same
dragnet as many other Arabs.
6. After several months, FBI and Justice Department "higher-ups" are able to
gradually push aside the local FBI agents and free the Israelis quietly
