I don't think most lists list R. C. Nagell. His most suspicious death is detailed in a chapter in Dick Russell's book On the Trail of the JFK Assassins: A Revealing Look at America's Most Infamous Unsolved Crime. I'm quite sure [as was Russell all but 100% convinced it was for knowing too much and speaking to Russell and others.
