Would you say US mind control experiments preceded the USSR's? or were a direct result of what the US military sees in Europe/Asia between WWi and WWII's conclusion?
Jan, I was not saying it was a RESPONSE... I was simply stating that the Eurasians were doing this well before the US was even a country... if we are talking history.. USA 237 years, Eurasia 5000+...
While there were bits and pieces in the US the real advances only become known to the US once the work of Luria was included...
Any reason all this information on the US program does not go back to the 20's and
Dr Luria and ultimately to the practical use in a political context...?

Remember the CIA was put together with Ivy League newbies, ex FBI, ex Mil Int and LOTS OF Eastern Europeans and Eurasians.
And finally, wasn't the USA's answer to find drugs to do the heavy work, as opposed to mind control without it?
