I'm still working out how Gen Allen fits in to all this, or even if he does. But some thing to consider.... Petraeus was in Iraq at the same time Col Ted Westhusing was. Col Westhusing was a much loved (by whom?) ethical professor of philosophy. He was in charge of the contracts and contract compliance under Petraeus. Obviously the contract situation was a huge bonanza for some. Col Westhusing supposedly committed suicide. But there is some discrepancy about the ammunition used. Did Petraeus reveal to his mistress/biographer Paula Broadwell a fellow West Point graduate no less, information about the death of Westhusing? Or other unusual deaths?
