The facts are what rules here. David was already forced to concede by them. People are not forced to concede by incorrect facts.


By the way, does Ruby mentioning that he was helping Israeli reporters at the Dallas Police station weaken or strengthen Piper's claim? Remember Ruby is a person whose profile shows he leaks facts, like he did in jail, and to Dorothy Kilgallen. Or are Piper's critics joining the chain of amazing coincidences gang?
