Some of that would make sense because it would explain why people would be so willing to conspire on such a group basis as obviously occurred. It would also explain the 6th floor shooter and what instructions he was operating under and the stray shot that hit Tague. This would then make a Dal-Tex kill shot more likely. It mirrors the false flag tests and drills that were going on on other similar occasions like 9-11. It would also explain why those who were involved would keep their mouths shut once sucked-in.

I love that title. "Fish in the courthouse". An obvious reference to something stinking.
