I've received an email from Gary Mack telling me that in 1963 Houston had two way traffic but changed to one-way (Southbound) in the 70s. However the city is changing it back to two-way, with an estimated completion of March/April 2013.

I wonder why they are changing it back? And in the 50th year?Confused
