Answer...it is not you nor I....nor any of our friends....one can't even buy shares in the Fed. One of the most EVIL and pernicious entities afoot....and responsible for more than making everyone indebted. They are responsible for many wars, suffering, death in many forms, assassinations, government overthrows and covert operations, etc. Any politician who tries to 'mess' with them usually winds up six feet under.
