In my comment at the top of my Post No. 1, I said the following:
Basically what you said was what I had said, but with more detail. I was pointing out the obstacles faced in trying to get any kind of medical coverage, even of a minimal kind, in this country. Our medical costs are far higher when compared to other nations, as well. This country always has to be behind in social services, education, infrastructure, etc., when compared to other highly industrialized nations. Otherwise, how could the ultra-rich make their billions?
