general info on the Mobile Inshore Undersea Warfare units, seems plausible he could have received the type of training he's using to plan and execute these attacks. not to mention, it seems this training makes him some kind of communications specialist, which would make sense considering he seems to suggest he will be listening to and intercepting transmissions, among other more sophisticated plans. MIUW units almost seem like a JV SEAL Team or something, and they are most certainly a support element to the SF/Tier 1 units

and he mentions training at the NMITC (Navy & Marine Intelligence Training Center) near Dam Neck, VA, which is where NSW DEVGRU (SEAL Team 6) are based, and the marina he tried to steal the boat from is apparently walking distance from the Coronado Naval Base, home to Naval Special Warfare. the box he sent to Anderson Cooper had a '1MOA' medal with bullets through it...1 MOA is sniper term for 'one minute of angle' meaning 1 inch variance for every 100 yards, meaning if he put those rounds through that medal, he's a damn good shot. there's a reason the LAPD are pissing themselves, shooting at anything that resembles his vehicle. now we shall see if he's lead them into a trap at Big Bear...
